2.        Admission Requirements

a.      Applicants must hold non-Chinese citizenship.

b.      Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy; respect Chinese customs and cultural traditions; observe the Chinese government laws and regulations as well as rules set by Peking University .

c.       Applicants must hold bachelor degrees and have several years’ full time work experience.

3.        Application Procedure and Documents

a.      Required Documents (Two copies for each item):

1) Download and fill in the “Application Form for Foreign Students” from http://mba.pku.edu.cn/eng/zsxx/zsxx.htm

2) Official GMAT scores (above 570, within 5 years) for ALL applicants

?           FMBA (Full-time MBA): Applicants with qualifying GMAT and Regular Chinese test (HSK) scores (Level 6, Mid-level, within 2 years) can apply for FMBA.

?           IMBA (International MBA): Applicants with qualifying GMAT scores can apply for IMBA.

?           PMBA (Part-time MBA): Applicants with qualifying GMAT, Regular Chinese test (HSK) scores (Level 6, Mid-level, within 2 years) can apply for PMBA. Please contact MBAintl@gsm.pku.edu.cn for detailed information.

?           Dual-Degree MBA: All the enrolled MBA students can apply for GSM-NUS, GSM-ESSEC, GSM-Schulich GSM-McCombs or GSM-SNU Dual Degree MBA Programs AFTER the new semester starts (Detailed information see website http://mba.pku.edu.cn/eng/xmgl/imba.htm );

5) Statement of Intent (State reason why you choose MBA program in PKU and your plan, within 2 pages)

6) Copy of valid passport

7) Two recommendation letters from your previous professors or managers (sealed, with referees’ contact information)

Items 1) - 7) can be in Chinese or English, and the application documents are nonrefundable

b. Interview:

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview (face-to-face or by phone) organized by Guanghua School of Management in December, March and April. Competitive applicants will receive the offer for admission within 2 weeks.

 4.        Application Fee

RMB 800 Yuan (by cash or Yinlian bank card)

The application fee is nonrefundable.

 5.        Submission Deadline

By the end of February (Feb. 28) each year.

 6.        Official Offer Letter, Visa, Medical Examination Form, etc.

        The International Students Division of Peking University will send the admitted foreign students an official Offer Letter, Visa Application Form (JW202), and Medical Examination Forms by the end of June.

 7.        Tuition Fee (for 2 years)

RMB 148,000 (about US$21,500)
